Singapore is home to many Japanese F&B imports, and the latest brand to set up shop on our shores isThe amusingly-named casual restaurant chain from Kyoto specialises in its namesake gyukatsu — the beef version of the popular tonkatsu .Customers can choose from a variety of beef cuts such as sirloin, chuck, tenderloin and tongue, or opt for wagyu beef. If you can’t decide, you can also go for a half-and-half combination, or a grill-it-yourself option.
