A buyer who hired a tow company to get a custom 1965 Mustang from its seller in Georgia to its new home in Louisiana claims that the tow truck stole his car
Buying a classic car should be a very exciting day, but it requires one to put a lot of trust in a lot of people. One buyer in Louisiana recently found out that not everyone is trustworthy, and claims that a tow truck driver hired to transport his 1965 Ford Mustang actually ended up stealing it.see photographed here.
He contacted a tow company to pick the vehicle up from its former home in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and drive it to its new home in Louisiana.Department reports that the tow truck driver contacted the buyer and insisted that he pay for the tow before dropping the Mustang off. The car’s new owner balked, and said that he would pay after the receiving it.
