UPDATE: One person has been arrested in connection to the person found dead near University and Stone on Friday, but TPD says the investigation is ongoing.
Tucson police have identified the person found dean on Friday, April 7 was 20-year-old Jesus Romero.
Information provided by TPD's homicide investigation revealed Romero and one woman, Makenzy Jarman, had made prior plans to meet and rob a third person at a nearby park.
