The attack ads, though, are seemingly in conflict with each other, and point to the divergent portions of the American electorate Trump is seeking to sway; on the one hand, portraying Biden as a “corrupt” member of the establishment and on the other, a leftist that’s not too different than democratic socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders.
