“Strategically, for the United States, it would be nice,” Mr.
Trump told reporters, saying publicly for the first time that he has talked about acquiring Greenland from Denmark, as The Wall Street Journal first reported last week. “Essentially, it’s a large real-estate deal,” said the president, a former real-estate developer.
