CATALIST-LISTED glove manufacturer UG Healthcare Corporation on Tuesday proposed a placement of up to 7.5 million shares, at S$2.545 per share, to raise a total sum of S$19.1 million. Read more at The Business Times.

The placement shares represent 3.8 per cent of UG Healthcare’s existing share capital, and will represent 3.7 per cent of its enlarged share capital.

It will then issue Zen UG an equivalent number of new shares, by submitting an additional listing application to the Singapore Exchange for the listing and quotation of the new shares.
