McDonald's: 'The product is still safe for consumption.'
The fried chicken with pinkish meat in the photos shared by a customer was cooked and safe to eat, said McDonald's.that the Stomper found the McCrispy he bought from a McDonald's outlet in Bukit Batok to be"uncooked".In response to a Stomp query, McDonald's said: “We appreciate all feedback from our customers.
"Based on the image provided, our quality assurance team has advised that the product is indeed cooked. Redness in darker parts of chicken meat is common and the product is still safe for consumption."We would like to assure all our customers that we are 100 per cent committed to serving safe and quality food at all times.”
