The Urban Redevelopment Authority has initiated the tender process for two residential sites at Canberra Crescent and De Souza Avenue.The two sites are under the Confirmed List of the 1H24 Government Land Sales Programme.

According to URA, the sites can yield 730 residential units, with Canberra Crescent accounting for 375 units and De Souza Avenue contributing 355 units. The Canberra Crescent site has a maximum gross floor area of 32,700 sqm and a site area of 20,437.3 sqm.
