Comcast said that like Verizon, customers need to inform them of hardship."Our care teams are available to offer flexible payment options or help find other solutions.
Monthly dues will likely still be collected later, if they are not met. Customers should request clarification from their provider on payment periods and dues. Comcast also put a curb on its data caps, which max customers out at 1 terabyte monthly, and instead offering unlimited data for no additional charge.
