ViacomCBS said on Monday that it has promoted Wincie Knight to the role of vp, global inclusion strategy at its ViacomCBS Networks International unit.

In her expanded role, she will"join the U.K. cluster senior leadership team" and"continue to drive the company’s commitment to building a strong, inclusive culture that embraces diversity, inclusion and belonging," the company said.

Last year, she worked with the Office of Global Inclusion and the Viacom U.K. leadership team on commissioning a report to examine the experiences of Black, Asian, minority, and ethnic employees at Viacom U.K."to elevate accountability and transparency and to ensure equitable work environments for all employees," the firm said.
