Nominees are listed in alphabetical order.Bartram broke loose for 171 rushing yards and four touchdowns Friday to lead Northern’s 28-21 upsete of previously unbeaten East Pennsboro. Bartram also recorded six tackles.Bates totaled 176 rushing yards and hit the end zone four times as the Eagles dropped Halifax 50-14.
