Washington may discuss Spain's Repsol in Venezuela in coming days: U.S. envoy

MADRID - The United States will make a decision about Spanish oil company Repsol’s activity in Venezuela in coming days, U.S. Venezuela envoy Elliott Abrams said on Thursday.
