"We're situated in a hotspot area. Guys are getting robbed, manipulated [and] threatened on a daily basis," Opp, a Parow local, told News24. This same frustration with crime led Ronnie to stop the phone thief in his tracks. As an employee of the Century Superspar in Parow, Ronnie has seen firsthand how crooks target customers, which, in turn, negatively impacts the store.It was a guy that stole a phone from the counter [while] a customer was busy enquiring about some things.
