Dobbs compared Barr to former special counsel Robert Mueller during a segment slamming supposed efforts to undermine President Donald Trump. Criticizing the Russia probe, he referred to Mueller as a"controversial and highly partisan prosecutor with a career built on failures."
Touting Barr as the"anti-Mueller," Dobbs described him as"smart…principled and successful." Showing a clip of the attorney general's musical performance, he added:"As you can see, and better [hear], very talented musically." The presenter continued:"I love bagpipes to tell you the truth. And I love an attorney general who can do this to kick off a convention of prosecutors."
Barr's performance, Dobbs added, demonstrated"how an intellectually, professionally secure leader" opens such an event.
