Wearing a leather jacket, blacked-out glasses, and slicked-back hair, Kim can be seen in a Hollywood-style video overseeing an intercontinental ballistic missile test conducted in Pyongyang.He was flanked by two military officials and walked in front of the missile as it made its way out of the hangar, according to the footage.
