Remember the good ol’ PlayStation 2 days of rolling a giant “Katamari” ball over random objects, sticking them on and growing the ball to a monumental size and sent to the stars? Well, We Love Katamari, the second title in the Katamari series, released way back in 2005, is returning, remastered with upgraded graphics and superior playability.As the new title suggests, there is a new mode known as Royal Reverie.

According to Bandai Namco Entertainment, the game has evolved dramatically since its original release in 2005, with the addition of a range of new modes and functions. These include a Gorgeous graphics level which makes the game look much better than its Usual Stuff counterpart, a Selfie function that allows you to take photographs of yourself, Improved Navigation functionality that helps guide you to your destination, “Eternal” in which you can keep on rolling with no time limit, and the 'Favorite Bgm' function, allowing you to create your own favorite playlists.

lands on Nintendo Switch, PS5/PS4, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on June 1, 2023, and on PC via Steam on June 2, 2023.
