A Wendy’s employee in Arizona is facing a second-degree murder charge after sucker-punching a 67-year-old customer so hard he fell to the ground and died days later.
gathered the surveillance footage from the incident. In the video, the customer licks his Frosty as the employee comes from behind the counter and punches the older man in the head.The customer was flown to the hospital and remained in critical condition until he passed away on Aug. 5.
The employee was booked on aggravated assault charges. After the customer’s death, the Kendrick was charged for second-degree murder. He remains in custody.
