The cow made an udder fool of itself
Have you herd the one about the a cow stuck in a tree?
That was the question being asked by firefighters in Cullompton, Devon, by a cow in need of bovine intervention. The cow slipped down a bank and somehow got tangled in the branches of a tree, making an udder fool of itself on the way down.Thankfully the cow stopped before ending up in the river. They tweeted: ‘Crews from #Cullompton and #Exmouth successfully released this cow who was well and truly stuck and unable to mooooooove and he didn’t even say thank you….. how dairy.’
Off-duty police officer PC Hannah Dibble tweeted to the fire service: ‘Thank you for coming so quickly and doing such a good job.’The farmer can be seen talking to the firefighters while his cow was still stuck in the tree
