LONDON - Britain’s parliament will later on Wednesday decide whether parliament wants to rule out leaving the European Union without an exit deal on March 29, or if a so-called no-deal Brexit should become government policy.
Lawmakers have submitted alternative proposals - known as amendments - for the next steps on Brexit, which could also be voted upon later.
