This year, Good Friday falls on 10 April, Easter Sunday on 12 April and Easter Monday 13 April. While most stores operate normal hours on Easter Saturday, they often operate reduced hours on bank holidays and Easter Sunday. That's why we've compiled this handy Easter opening hours guide for the major supermarkets, including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Morrisons, Waitrose, Asda, Lidl and M&S.

It's important to note that the majority of supermarkets will be closed on Easter Sunday, but check their websites for your local store. If your nearest supermarket is a smaller, convenience store, chances are it will be open, albeit operating reduced hours.
