Hunters creator David Weil reveals what inspired Al Pacino's return in the final season and why he wanted to explore the origins of both Pacino's The Wolf and the Hunters. The first season of Hunters introduces Meyer Offerman , a Holocaust survivor who leads an eclectic group of Nazi hunters, many of whom escaped the Holocaust, a Vietnam War veteran, and a new initiate, Jonah Heidelbaum .
