Nerdcast: Will the purge at DHS scare people into acting?

There are at least four people in the top ranks of the Department of Homeland Security who are gone.
That includes former DHS secretary Kirstjen Nielsen as well as her deputy and the leaders of the Secret Service and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
