Woman, 32, charged with making bomb threat at San Marcos Elementary [Breaking]
A 32-year-old San Marcos woman has been charged with making a bogus bomb threat that forced students to evacuate San Marcos Elementary School last month, authorities said Tuesday.
Kim pleaded not guilty Feb. 28 in Vista Superior Court to a felony charge of making a false bomb threat. She was ordered released on her own recognizance, but must supervised by a probation officer, according to Deputy District Attorney Vincent Chen. She faces up to three years in local custody if convicted.She could not be reached for comment Tuesday, and her attorney, Deputy Public Defender Jordan Proctor, declined comment.
