Houston police now want to talk to additional family members, including the woman's husband, after she was found with multiple stab wounds Monday.

According to Assistant Chief Yasir Bashir, the victim's workplace first called police at about 11:05 a.m. for a welfare check at her home after she didn't show up to work. Family members then arrived at the home with keys at about 2:55 p.m., entered, and found the woman unresponsive. The Houston Fire Department was called to the scene, where the woman was pronounced dead.
Police are talking to neighbors and family members who found the woman. They're also looking at surveillance camera footage near the home.
