Officials say it took about 30 minutes to get the fire under control.
When she went to answer it, she found her neighbors, a group of young men including college students, standing there to tell her that she had to get out of her home. Jarrett Niland was among them. The Rhode Island native is staying with friends at the home across from Burrell's.
