A Grab delivery driver in Singapore took a pair of shoes left at the recipient's gate after completing a delivery. The incident was captured on CCTV and the driver initially denied taking the shoes but later offered to pay for them. However, the driver never returned the shoes, leading to a complaint being filed with Grab.
shared a video of a person wearing a cap hanging a bag of flowers on a hook on the gate and taking the bag that was previously on the hook."Our first Grab Mart delivery arrived at 11:43pm on Feb 13 and was hung at our gate. A photo was taken as proof of delivery."However, this driver took the previously delivered gift that was hanging on our gate.
"But all we wanted was for the gift to be returned. Despite being given ample time, the driver never came back. In response to a Stomp query, a Grab spokeperson said: “We are sorry for the unpleasant experience the customer had with our delivery-partner. This incident does not reflect the integrity and professionalism that the majority of our delivery-partners uphold in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
