Two men, aged in their 30s, have been arrested after a failed armed robbery attempt in the Harold’s Cross area of Dublin.
The pair demanded employees open the tills and hand over cash, but after being unable to access the money the culprits fled the scene.Officers managed to identify two suspects after a short investigation and two men were arrested on the Lower Kimmage Road.A Garda spokesperson confirmed: “Gardaí have arrested two men following an attempted robbery at a premises in Dublin 6W yesterday, 16th January 2023.
