Part six of USA TODAY's Working Out From Home (WOFH) series focuses on working to improve your golf game while stuck at home -- with the help of a pro.
Donald, 42, who is from Hemel Hempstead, England, is filming at his home at The Bear’s Club in Jupiter, while all the courses in his area have closed their doors.
Donald, who reached world No. 1 in 2011, said he’s received many positive comments about the videos, and people seem to be appreciative of the lessons during such an uncertain time. His lessons have covered everything from chipping, pitching correction and putting fundamentals. He credits trainer Ben Shear for creating his workouts. Shear consults with Donald's coach, Pat Goss, to develop specific exercises geared to help his swing.
"Most of the time it happens from people throwing their hands toward the ball from the top, causing a big left-to-right shot," he said in the video posted March 22.
