WWE Hall of Famer says he bled ‘buckets of blood,’ nearly died recently

The WWE Hall of Famer, who also had a legendary run in the WCW, said he stayed in intensive care several days.

Bischoff said he got the psyllium husk to take because he is hypoglycemic and he read that it could help him control his blood sugar. Where he appears to have gone wrong, though, is that,, he said the directions said to take 1-to-3 tablespoons. He took way more than that.

Bischoff said that later into the night he began to pass “buckets of blood.” Initially, he said that he didn’t want to scare his wife and figured that things would clear up.“About 12:30, I waked up, I got to get up, and I’m dizzy,” Bischoff said. “I can’t hardly stand up.” He said his wife did call an ambulance and he was admitted to a hospital where he was in intensive care for “a couple days.” He said he was then flown to a hospital in Billings, Montana where doctors struggled to explain what caused all the bleeding.
