Latest Manchester United transfer news and gossip as Xavi Simons sends a message to Joshua Zirkzee after the move to Old Trafford was confirmed
Zirkzee was confirmed as the first signing of the summer transfer window by United on Sunday afternoon. The 23-year-old has put pen to paper on a long-term contract at Old Trafford that sees him commit his future to the Reds until 2029, with the option of a further year.
Soon after the transfer was confirmed, Zirkzee posted an emotional message on Instagram to Bologna to thank the Serie A club. Reports in recent days have seen Simons' future the subject of intense speculation.
