Yishun residents have been plagued by pesky pigeons, which are apparently causing high levels of noise and rubbish.
Facebook user Fhadlee Mhd shared photos of the situation at Block 120 Yishun Ring Road, in which pigeons can be seen feeding on fruit.
The spokeswoman also shared the"multi-pronged approach" required to tackle the problem:"Firstly, Nee Soon Town Council works closely with partner agencies. "This community-based approach requires residents to play their part. Our educational messages remind residents not to litter, not to feed pigeons, and to control food sources.
