The lawsuit claims that there is a potential loophole that could let predators share videos of child sex abuse on the website.

“Without airtight safeguards, a website like this can become a haven for child molesters, rapists and other abusers,” Yost said. “It appears the people in charge left the gate unlocked for predators, and the company needs to explain itself. When asked if human trafficking and potential suspects of sexual assault exploit the company’s policy to share videos of their victims, Farley reportedly said “Of course.”
