Making merry or trouble?
A group of men has been gathering at the void deck of Block 745 Yishun Street 72 and creating a disturbance for at least three months, said StomperHe told Stomp:"They gather here daily to smoke, drink and litter the whole area. They even hoard tables and chairs by chaining them to pipes."
"We have been actively engaging a group that frequently gathers at the void deck, where activities such as smoking, drinking, and unauthorised furniture placement have been reported," a spokesperson shared. "However, this is not the most straightforward situation. The group is not willing to cooperate and has at times responded with resistance and aggression."
