Family members of slain residents gathered with three Republican Harris County constables outside of Commissioners Court Tuesday to drum up support for conservative judicial candidates and blast Democratic judges who they said are 'soft on crime.'
Garcia left the courtroom and returned to Commissioners Court amid testimony on Solis' personality traits and how that has shaped his encounters with others, including past victims and law enforcement.The second meeting of the day has yet to start. Harris County law enforcement will be at center stage when commissioners reconvene.
