A woman's car was hit in a hit-and-run at the Marina Bay Sands carpark. The culprit reversed into her vehicle and left the scene without reporting the incident.

A woman was left fuming after finding her car had been the victim of a hit-and-run while parked at the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) carpark on Dec 23. Tan said in her post that the culprit 'had plenty of space to manoeuvre', was going the wrong way, didn't even bother to check the damage after reversing into her car, as well as left the scene and then later drove off as if nothing had happened'. I'm still fuming after discovering my car was hit in the MBS carpark yesterday evening.

A witness kindly left a note and...Videos accompanying the post show a car reversing into Tan's stationary vehicle before parking in a lot next to the witness. A man, believed to be the culprit, is then seen walking towards the lift and returning minutes later with a shopping bag. Chan also said that because the culprit 'did not make any report' about the incident, Tan was told by her insurance company that her No-Claim Discount (NCD) will be affected next year if she makes any claims for repairs. An NCD is a discount on your car insurance premium if you have not made any claims on your policy for a year or more with your current insurer
