She wore the accessory with adifferent outfit, since Ramona's wardrobe is full of skintight dresses and sky-high platform heels. Apparently, J Lo took such a liking to the bag that it became a focal point of her film festival ensemble. She tied the rest of the look together with Amwaj and Yvan Tufenkjian jewelry, and metallic Femme heels.
