The 32-year-old from Georgia was hospitalized after emergency workers freed his head from the fence, according to police in Burlington City.
A motorcycle driver was injured Tuesday when he crashed and his head became stuck in a metal fence gate at Wilbur Watts Intermediate School in Burlington Township.A motorcyclist was injured early Tuesday after crashing at a school in Burlington City and getting his head stuck between two slats of an aluminum fence gate, authorities said.
The 32-year-old Blackshear, Georgia resident took the motorcycle from family members in Burlington Township without their permission and then slammed into a fence at the Wilbur Watts Intermediate School at around 3 a.m,The driver was thrown from the motorcycle in the crash and his head got lodged in the gate, officials said.
Emergency workers freed the man and brought him to a local hospital. He has been issued several summonses for the crash, but is not charged with stealing the motorcycle.
