The stabbing was reported about 12:20 p.m. in a parking lot in the area of the Carlsbad Premium Outlets on Paseo Del Norte
“Responding officers discovered that the incident was likely related to a road rage incident that originated on and ended up in a retail parking lot,” police said in a statement.The victim was stabbed in his upper body. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of his injuries, which were not life-threatening, police said.
