Computer science students in Germany have developed an application that scours the internet for data on the Game of Thrones series.
Using the information gathered, students at the Technical University of Munich have been able to use an algorithm to predict which characters are most likely to survive to the end of its final season. With data extracted from the TV series and from book wikis, the algorithm weighs factors like gender, age, and house to determine the Potential Likelihood of Death .
It's good news for those on Team Khaleesi, as the program has predicted there's just a 0.9% chance that she will be dead at the end of the story. We imagine fans will no doubt be most excited by the promise of Tyrion lasting through the series, although if Cersei has any say in the matter, his head will undoubtedly be on a spike.Daenerys Targaryen
