Many parts of South Korea were blanketed with snow for the second day running, as its capital Seoul saw its heaviest snowfall in a day for the month of November in more than 100 years. At least five people died. Hundreds of homes in Seoul and nearby cities reported losing power. Over a hundred ferry services and more than 150 flights have been cancelled or delayed since Wednesday.
