Although he is not a familiar face in the Taiwanese TV industry, Desmond Tan said he is not at all worried about that and hopes that the drama will enable him to participate in more foreign productions in the future.
26 Aug – Singaporean actor Desmond Tan shared that he gained a lot of professional acting experience filming the Taiwanese drama,"Falling Into You".
The actor, who stayed in Taipei for four months to work on the series, stated that he quite missed the city after spending a long time there, saying that he was used to his life. When asked how it was like working with Puff, Desmond, whose character is the brother of the female lead, stated that he used to think the actress as quite girlish, but discovered that she was able to play a tomboy in the said drama.As for lead actor Jiro Wang, Desmond stated that the two of them really hit it off and would often talk to each other after work.
The 34-year-old actor had his big break in the entertainment industry when he placed runner-up in"Star Search 2007". He then signed with MediaCorp and went on to star in several Channel 8 dramas.
