It was rumoured that Mat, who was involved in an accident earlier this month, has been forced to take a hiatus.

24 Aug – TVB producer Amy Wong has recently dismissed rumours that Mat Yeung has been removed from the cast of the upcoming series,"No Problem in the Kwok Family" .

As reported on Mingpao, Wong addressed the issue recently after it was rumoured that Mat, who was involved in an accident earlier this month, has been forced to take a hiatus due to the accident being an alleged DUI, and will now be replaced by fellow actor Edwin Siu. Said Wong,"The drama has been arranged since the beginning of the year. There will be no changes. I have contacted Mat and expressed my well wishes, but I didn't ask him anything specific about the accident.""This is a happy family drama. Mat is not playing a police officer, but Nina Paw's good son," she said, adding that there was no talk on casting Edwin in the series.

"No Problem with the Kwok Family" will also co-star Joe Ma, Stephanie Che, Natalie Tong, and Grace Wong.
