A Facebook video shows a woman blocking a driver from parking in a Singapore carpark, sparking outrage and amusement online.
A motorist in Singapore was stunned by a woman's aggressive behavior when she blocked him from reversing into a parking spot. The incident, captured on video and shared on Facebook, took place in the carpark behind Ang Mo Kio Hub on New Year's Eve. Ma Jian Ting, the motorist, was waiting for a car to vacate the space before reversing in, but as soon as it left, a red Byd Atto pulled forward and a woman in a red top got out of the passenger side.
She stepped out and raised her right hand to stop Ma from reversing, effectively claiming the spot for the Byd. After parking, the Byd driver and the woman in red took out their phones and appeared to photograph or video Ma's vehicle. Ma expressed his astonishment on Facebook, describing the woman's actions as a 'masterclass in selfishness.' He likened her behavior to something you'd see on National Geographic, emphasizing her fierce territorial defense of the parking space
