Rainforest Wild Adventure East has officially opened, thus completing Mandai Wildlife Group's Rainforest Wild Adventure attraction and, by extension, Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Rainforest Wild Adventure was formerly known as Rainforest Wild Asia and Africa. It has been rebranded to a single park comprising two zones: Rainforest Wild Adventure West, which was already open, and the just-launched Rainforest Wild Adventure East.

Visitors can now explore 20 hectares of naturalistic habitats inspired by the rainforests of Asia and Africa in a single visit. The new east zone features a treetop rope course, a facility that treats and rehabilitates rescued native wildlife from across Singapore and the Crocodile Lodge, a campsite that overlooks the crocodile habitat. Other experiences include the Split Rock Summit, an 11-metre climbing structure, as well as the Primate Climb, which offers views of Diana monkeys in their habitats.

The Strangler Fig at Rainforest Wild Adventure East, an 11-metre climbing landmark overlooking the Diana monkey and pygmy hippo habitats. These additions complement existing experiences at Rainforest Wild Adventure West, which features high-element adventure courses and simulated cave exploration. Visitors can also explore the park through walking trails and forest treks, where they can come across different types of wildlife.

The park is home to species such as pygmy hippos, eastern bongos, red river hogs, Nile lechwe, lemurs and various bird species, including turacos and ibises. To mark the grand opening, local residents can enjoy a limited-time two-attraction pass with savings of up to 30 per cent, which is available from Jun 1 to Aug 31.

Visitors can choose either Singapore Zoo or Rainforest Wild Adventure as their main attraction and pair it with a second experience from River Wonders, Bird Paradise, Exploria or Curiosity Cove. Rainforest Wild Adventure ticket prices for Singapore residents start from S$50 for adults, S$35 for children and students, and S$25 for seniors.
